Summary: Room seemed updated but entrance door need to be replaced big gap letting outside air in. Heat noisy. Asked for ground floor room because my husband had back surgery and no elevator but was told it would be $70.00 more.

Summary: Exceptionally clean hotel directly on the shore of Lake Michigan. Quiet hallways. Great boxed breakfast delivered to your room in the morning at the time you select. Hot fresh coffee in a self serve kitchen area off the lobby. Ample parking. Pleased with this stay. Will return to this hotel in the future.

Summary: The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Room, along with the property in general, were quite clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I went there for a relaxing get a way, and that is exactly what I had.

Summary: Alecia from the front desk helped us carry the luggage up to our second floor room because there was no elevator. She was very gracious about it.

Summary: The room was very nice and comfortable. The beach outside, in the back of the hotel, was beautiful and clean. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We also washed some clothes, and the washer and dryer worked great. It was right on the main highway.
